TRAINING COHORTS

New training cohorts start at the beginning of each month and all trainings occur all day on Fridays. If you cannot make one of the trainings, you are welcome to join the following month. After completion of Parts I, II, & III, co-treatment will be scheduled individually with Dr. Caplan where we will treat one of your patients as a co-therapy team.

TRAINING COMPLETION

At the completion of training, a membership subscription grants you the following:

  1. The ability to send your patients to CAP nurse practitioners and physicians for diagnostic evaluations, medication management, biomarker and genetic testing, and ketamine assisted evaluations for oral (troche) ketamine prescriptions and IM (intramuscular) injections. 

  2. The oral (troche) can be used in your own therapy office, following the training guidelines, in the context of your overall treatment of your patients (as long as they are deemed to be medically and psychiatrically good candidates for the treatment). 

  3. IM (intra-muscular) ketamine injections are available at CAP for your patients (if they are deemed to be medically and psychiatrically good candidates for the treatment), with direct medical supervision. 

  4. A monthly subscriber’s only video with updates on training and research.

  5. Bi monthly group case consultation, in person and over zoom. 

  6. KAP workbooks for patients, KAP consent forms, KAP policies and procedures for the office, KAP therapy manual and checklist

COST

  • Part I & II & III in person: $1500

  • Co-treatment: Dr. Caplan charges $400/hour for KAP work. Sessions are 90 minutes and range between 3-8 sessions. Clients can pay her directly. 

  • Membership: $300/month
