Harvard-trained psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and consciousness-based healer, Dr. Jane Caplan integrates psychotherapy with trauma neurobiology, somatic healing, and expanded states of consciousness.

Through her work with ketamine-assisted therapy, natural healing practices, and relational integration, she is dedicated to restoring mind, body, and spirit — walking alongside each client with humility, skill, and deep respect for the healing journey.

Angela Baluyot is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner whose journey through personal healing and self-discovery informs her compassionate approach to care.

With over six years of diverse healthcare experience — spanning psychiatry, medical-surgical care, cardiology, hospice, and home health — Angela brings a deep understanding of the vulnerabilities and strengths within every healing journey.

Deeply attuned to universal energy, nature, and alternative healing modalities, she integrates clinical excellence with a relational and energetic approach to support transformation.

Brandi Luedtke, PhD
Clinical Psychologist | Trauma Specialist

Brandi Luedtke, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and consultant specializing in trauma exposure, PTSD, and the development of evidence-based mental health interventions.
​
She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her master's and doctorate degrees from the University of Indianapolis. Brandi completed her doctoral internship at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center and has spent over a decade serving in clinical, research, and leadership roles at one of the largest PTSD clinics in the United States.
​
Brandi has contributed her expertise to the development of couples-based interventions for trauma-related disorders, collaborating with institutions such as Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation.
​
Passionate about teaching, training, and clinical mentorship, she has trained over 100 clinicians in evidence-based PTSD treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
​
Brandi also brings a growing expertise in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, supported by both clinical research and her own personal mindfulness practice.
She is honored to bring her dedication to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care to the CAP Healing team and broader healing community.

Tess Pekrul, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Trauma, Resilience, and Neurodiversity Specialist

Tess Pekrul is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who brings nine years of hospital experience and additional training in hospice care to her compassionate mental health practice.
​
Specializing in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and emerging work with neurodiverse populations, Tess integrates evidence-based therapies — including EMDR — with innovative approaches such as ketamine-assisted therapy and NAD+ treatments.
​
She is passionate about developing supportive pathways for nonverbal communication, including work with nonverbal children on the autism spectrum, where she honors the unique relational fields beyond language.
​
Tess’s work is rooted in helping clients uncover and transform negative core beliefs, build resilience, and access the inner strengths needed for lasting well-being.

Staci Detwiler, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy | Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Staci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates a Biopsychosocial–Spiritual (BPSS) approach to support whole-person wellness. She works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, and values alignment. Her style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients develop deeper self-awareness, curiosity, and self-compassion.

Staci is also a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and offers Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, blending traditional therapy with somatic awareness, gentle movement, and meditation practices. Her work supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, cultivating presence, and building sustainable strategies for emotional regulation and resilience.

Staci is trained in AWAREPSYCH’s CAP Healing Model and provides Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration sessions.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a former Marine Corps Intelligence Officer, Will brings a powerful blend of strategic precision, leadership experience, and holistic wisdom to his coaching practice.

His journey includes combat deployments in the Middle East and Africa, completion of US Army Airborne and Ranger Schools, wilderness adventure racing, and extensive training in holistic healing modalities and wisdom traditions.
